Hello, TUM School of Management!

Hello, TUM School of Management!

On 03/26/2021, a one-day workshop - entirely online due to Corona - took place with the students of the Master's degree program "Management and Innovation".
The day started with getting to know each other. After the company presentation, we were able to learn more about the students and the course of studies at the TUM School of Management.
We continued with a presentation of our marketing process: What is the procedure for an online product launch, and how can emotions still be created? How does social media marketing work, and what is marketing intelligence? The presentations concluded with a talk on our research and development department.
Afterwards, the participants, led by our head of R&D, Dr. Pfeifer, started an exchange on the topic of food waste and worked on the question of how the number of imperfectly baked products in supermarket chain bakeries could be reduced.
This is an important topic that concerns our customers and us. The diverse academic backgrounds of the participants, with previous studies in fields such as Engineering, IT, or Philosophy, were able to provide inspiring new insights that looked at this challenge of the food industry from different angles and provided valuable input.
