Your Tasks

  • With a dedicated focus on the complete customer journey, you will be part of our Customer Journey Management Team in our Marketing & Customer Solutions organization and offer worldwide support for the RATIONAL Group customer related processes, based on our customer platform Salesforce.
  • You transfer your process and digital know-how to your colleagues and enable them to offer an outstanding experience to our customers on every touch point. This means to work closely with the local subsidiaries on implementation of smart CX-concepts, analyze and optimize touch point performance as well as develop and realize new (digital) touch points.
  • With your analytical capabilities and your expertise of effective Sales and Marketing KPIs to monitor and improve performance, you enhance our existing reporting and provide real customer insights to the global Sales and Marketing organizations.
  • You drive the digitalization, identify blind spots and further develop our Sales and Marketing platforms.
  • You empower and qualify local specialists, support platform user to tap the full potential of our digital infrastructure and actively drive change management initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Based on your graduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing, you have significant know-how in Customer Experience Management or Digital Marketing as well as expert knowledge in CRM processes - Salesforce know-how is highly appreciated.
  • You have a very good understanding of data base structures, are experienced in working with CRM and reporting applications with a solid technical background, as well strong project management skills.
  • With your detailed knowledge of customer related processes in Sales, Marketing & After Sales you have the ability to transfer this in efficient digital concepts.
  • In addition, with a good intuition and excellent communication skills (fluent in German and English) you will be able to establish new approaches and concepts successfully.
  • You feature necessary energy and enthusiasm to improve permanently the experience of our customers, support and train colleagues and you would like to act as an "entrepreneur within the enterprise" within a globally networked company.
  • In addition to that, you are self-motivated, love teamwork and you have the willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approx. 20%).
