In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our local sales & marketing organization with 18 employees driving the engine of profitable growth. As an F&A Manager, we seek an individual with entrepreneurial flair and a comprehensive skill set, ready to dissect the intricacies of the local market and target audiences. You will be a trend-spotter, guiding our ship through the ever-changing tides of business, and a trusted partner to our local Sales, Marketing, and Order Processing teams. Your area of responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the local and international accounting teams at headquarters and our external accounting provider to prepare month- and year-end financial statements 
  • Take charge of recurring reporting for both the local management team and headquarters, fostering transparency in relation to business development, including sales, margin, cost trends, and sales activities. 
  • Implementing active sales control within our CRM, Salesforce 
  • Lead the local planning process in close partnership with the Managing Director, defining strategic goals for the upcoming fiscal year 
  • Enhance company processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness 
  • Provide essential support to auditors, local authorities, and external consultants, ensuring strict compliance with all local laws and regulations, working closely with the F&A team 
  • Coordination IT-related matters 
  • Manage Turkish declarations, including taxes and environmental compliance and customs declarations 
  • Handle integrated financial claims management, including defining appropriate payment terms with costumers, monitoring the receipt of the payment in time as well as implementation of an effective dunning process in case of default of payments 
  • Providing support and validation for the monthly payroll processing 
  • Leadership responsibilities, which may include leading a small team in various functions, such as accounting and order processing 



  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable position within a sales driven environment 
  • Extensive management experience (Finance & Controlling, order processing, logistics) 
  • SAP knowledge, including SD and CO modules is advantageous 
  • Strong IT abilities, particularly in MS Office with a focus on Excel 
  • Experience in auditing or additional qualifications in accounting or local taxes helpful 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related area of study 
  • Finance/Accounting/Controlling background spanning 4 to 8 years
