Your scope of responsibility

  • Developing our area Key Account market (KA) position by enhancing senior business relationships and new business strategies
  • Prospecting and building new KA business opportunities in the region
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare proposals following the practices of RATIONAL and to meet the client’s demand and objectives
  • Planning and implementing Sales strategies within the KA customers in the areas
  • Coaching and training with the area KA sales teams
  • Participating in and supporting exhibitions and trade shows
  • Developing and managing a Pipeline of KA opportunities in the region


Your professional profile

  • Proven track record (5+ years), experienced in delivering medium-sized and/or large accounts
  • Hands on and Sales oriented
  • Deep knowledge of key account processes
  • Strong selling and networking skills paired with the ability to understand the real customer need
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding team-leadership skills
  • Excellent English skills, other languages are advantageous
  • Travel frequency for the company (approx. 60%)
  • Experience with Sales of foodservice equipment is a plus
