RATIONAL AG is the global market and technology leader offering innovative high-tech solutions for professional kitchens all over the world. For our Italian subsidiary located in Venezia Mestre, we are looking for a:







  • Create local brand awareness
  • Create a holistic communication plan for digital channels and Social Media, consistent with product and brand values
  • Generate, create, edit, publish and share online contents on different Social Media profiles (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, …) in collaboration with Central Marketing
  • Manage and moderate the dialogue with the community on same social channels, triggering social conversation and handling users’ demands, requests and curiosities
  • Development of national campaigns and communication tools, supporting the entire customer lifecycle journey
  • Strong cooperation with the Global Marketing team
  • Create synergies with the National Sales team
  • Review and interpret social analytics to measure and guide the effectiveness of editorial strategies
  • Reference customer management (reference stories, videos, …)
  • Create, plan, and attend national events





  • Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies and/or related fields
  • 2-5 years experience in the Social Media industry (agency or brand), within a similar B2C position
  • Experience as a content creator for digital channels
  • Previous experience with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers is a plus
  • Preferable, but not necessary, experience in video creation and editing
  • Social Studio or Sprout knowledge is a plus
  • Willingness to travel



  • Proficiency in both Italian and English
  • Team player
  • Highly organized and data driven, ensuring all decisions are informed with the right insight and supported with the relevant reporting
  • Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes by adjusting marketing strategies and realigning priorities accordingly
  • Strong service oriented and consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with Sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to be innovative, adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking
  • Social Media passionate
