The Regional Sales Manager is a function of the Sales & Marketing process. His/her task is to develop the areas of Bolzano and Trento in Italy. He/she inspires customers, dealers, planners and consultants, and highlights the highest possible customer benefit and knows how to raise the demand. The RSM is entrepreneur in his/her market and ensures that the business develops successfully. In this way, he/she secures the extensive success of our Company.

 

Tasks:

The tasks are goal-oriented and planned annually, based on the regional sales and marketing plan, for operating an optimal time management. Travel requirement: 75%

  • 70% Management of end customers with the following tasks:
    • Visits to end customers in the assigned area
    • Finding out and anticipating customers’ needs
    • Presentation of inspiring cooking shows
    • Follow-up meetings
  • 25% Management of dealers with the following tasks:
    • Visits to dealers in the assigned area
    • Presentation of Partnership of Winners
    • Planning and implementing activities for end customers
  • Cooperation with Internal Sales team
  • Management of planners in collaboration with external/internal consultants

 

Practical Experiences/skills:

  • Good culinary knowledge and working experience as a sous-chef or chef
  • Good understanding of business figures and ability to analyze them
  • Detailed and disciplined work organization
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus
  • Native level of Italian and German, English is a plus
