Tasks:

 

  • Execution of unit introductions, Academy meetings, and show cooking
  • Support in planning and participation to exhibitions 
  • Application and Culinary support to Sales team, Dealers or end Customers on a local level in collaboration with the Corporate Chef team
  • Consultant for Service department on application questions from end customers
  • Management of ChefLine®
  • Application support for ConnectedCooking and reviewer of recipes

 

 

Practical Experiences/Skills:

 

  • Long-time experience as a chef in a well-established hotel or restaurant with leadership experience
  • Necessary previous experience in using RATIONAL units
  • Excellent food and kitchen knowledge
  • Experience in working at exhibitions preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Italian, English is a plus
