Your area of responsibility
• Service Partner Management (third-party service)
• Planning and executing Technical Trainings for Service Partners
• Providing Technical Support to Partner Network (phone, email, etc.)
• Warranty Management (Administration and decision process)
• Handling and managing Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Conducting Tandem Visits for on-the-job training with Partners
• Contributing to long-term improvement of product and service quality
• Support at exhibitions and trade fairs
• General administration in CRM and ERP applications
Your profile
• Experience in technical service and managing dealer/distributor/service partner networks • Proficiency in didactics and training methods
• Electrician, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar background (e.g., engineer)
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical information clearly
• Diplomatic, patient, and customer-oriented
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and open-minded
• Accountable, self-managed, and decisive
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP preferred, CRM System)
• Willingness to travel with / valid driver's license B
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English preferable
