Customer Service Specialist

Your scope of responsibility:

  • Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle in India
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders in compliance to company’s policy
  • Monitor and manage backlog.  Liaise with customers and 3PL for delivery arrangements & requirements
  • Inventory monitoring and management
  • Working with Finance team on payment issues and follow up on payment and credit release
  • Maintain database (e.g., Sold To/Ship To, etc.) accuracy and data quality in SAP
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship across functions to meet and / or exceed customers’ requirements
  • To perform other duties as assigned

 

Your professional profile:

  • Meticulous with a positive attitude
  • Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding team skills paired with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Excellent English language and other local languages are advantageous
  • Proficiency in SAP system
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, with knowledge and experience in shipping procedures
