Customer Service Specialist
Your scope of responsibility:
- Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle in India
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders in compliance to company’s policy
- Monitor and manage backlog. Liaise with customers and 3PL for delivery arrangements & requirements
- Inventory monitoring and management
- Working with Finance team on payment issues and follow up on payment and credit release
- Maintain database (e.g., Sold To/Ship To, etc.) accuracy and data quality in SAP
- Develop and maintain effective working relationship across functions to meet and / or exceed customers’ requirements
- To perform other duties as assigned
Your professional profile:
- Meticulous with a positive attitude
- Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding team skills paired with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent English language and other local languages are advantageous
- Proficiency in SAP system
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, with knowledge and experience in shipping procedures
