Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of local online content (Homepage, ConnectedCooking, social media, Portal, Newsletters)
- Develop customer stories and chef testimonials, strengthen brand credibility in the regional market (reference stories, videos, liaising, cooperation)
- Translation, proof reading and release of corporate Marketing tools
- Adaption of market and target group specific marketing presentations
- Order processing for Marketing Material (assure availability)
- Marketing-Reporting and budget planning
- Monitor Marketing activities from relevant national competitors
- Support lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, events and dealer engagement activities
Events and Exhibitions
- Liaise with country RSMS for events to support comms
- Organization of exhibitions and events
- Coordination with Corporate Marketing
- Promote exhibition via E-Mailing, invitations, and social media
- Prepare efficiency review for events and exhibitions
Dealer
- Assure availability of specific Marketing tools (PoS, printed material)
- Support dealer exhibitions, ensure brand consistency
- Check dealer homepage/ brochures and support dealer to add/update RATIONAL specific content
- Support dealer marketing initiatives and ensure consistent RATIONAL brand visibility across partner locations
- Prepare dealer ICL invitations
Press
- Support PR and media outreach activities across print, digital and foodservice industry platforms
- Follow up and prepare/ answer press enquires
- Manage all important local magazines incl. contact details
- Translate and adapt corporate Press Releases (PRs) to country for distribution and follow up with the respective online platforms
- Create clipping report, equivalence value and contact range report
- Prepare press meetings with magazines partners on a yearly basis
- Organize advertisements to promote RATIONAL brand
Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree
- At least 3 – 5 years of regional marketing experience
- Good Project Management, Presentation & IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM system; image and video editing tools - preferably Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, Sales Force, Marketing Cloud)
- Past records of social media landscape management will be an advantage
- Individual who thrives in an environment enabling creativity, customer-intimacy, entrepreneurship and results orientation is sought-after.
- Desire attributes include proactiveness, self-motivated, enthusiastic and assertiveness
- Fluency in English speaking and writing a must. Other regional languages will be an added advantage
