We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. In this key role, you will drive the development and execution of market-specific marketing strategies and communication tools.
Working independently and as part of a diverse, cross-functional team, you will ensure our brand message resonates locally while aligning with our global vision.
Your area of responsibility
- Defines country goals and drives the local marketing strategy aligned with regional and central direction
- Leads the inside sales team and supports achieving short-, mid-, and long-term sales targets
- Design and implementation of target and market specific marketing concepts and tools
- Collaborates with the central marketing in adaption and rollout of campaigns to the region.
- Develops and implements local marketing activities and promotions.
- Development of local digital communication measures within the framework of the global digital strategy.
- Further development of the Customer Lifecycle Journey Management
- Coordinate local media planning in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the fulfilment of the company standards in all areas and train the local team accordingly
- Translation checks for marketing material
- Functional management of the regional marketing resources
- Selection of suitable trade fairs, as well as their planning and organization
- Preparation of reports and statistics as well as budget planning and control in close coordination with the Market Managers
- Overseeing marketing projects with goal-oriented project management
- Collaborates with the central marketing in adaption and rollout of campaigns to the region
- Planning and controlling the local Marketing budget
- Development and coordination of campaigns and promotions with central marketing and local sales teams
Your profile
- Degree in business administration or marketing
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the marketing of products requiring explanation or similar areas
- Proven experience in leading teams or individuals
- Ability to innovate, think and act proactively
- Strong customer orientation
- Very good previous knowledge in the field of digital marketing
- High affinity to social media management
- Experience in sales, international environment, and project management
- Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with a strong hands-on mentality and good conceptual skills
- Confident, convincing appearance at all levels
- Convincing presentation skills
- Very good written and spoken Swedish and English
- Willingness to travel within Sweden (approx. 20 %)
