Your responsibilities include qualifying prospects through telephone and digital communication, nurturing these relationships, and generating highly qualified leads for our Field Sales Team. You will collaborate closely with local Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, and Sales and Managing Directors.

Your area of responsibility
•    Engage in outbound communication (phone calls, emails) to drive sales and support Regional Sales Managers in the field
•    Qualify leads and keep updated CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate and relevant information
•    Propose cooking seminars to potential customers and invite them to live cooking shows
•    Communicate internally with colleagues and externally with partners and dealers (phone calls, emails)
•    Support lead nurturing and webinar registration targets
•    Propose and possibly develop targeted lead nurturing concepts and calling strategies

Your profile
•    2+ years in Sales, Telemarketing or cold calling with a proven track record of converting new leads to closed sales.
•    Proven experience in telemarketing or phone communication
•    Outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Highly organized team player with a self-driven approach to achieve daily objectives
•    Passionate about Sales, Customer Service or Marketing
•    Passion for gastronomy and knowledge of HoReCa sector is a big plus
•    Positive thinker, goal-oriented, assertive, open minded and inspiring to others
•    Fluent written and spoken Czech (native) and English (minimum B2 level)
