Join our team in Türkiye as a Technical Service Specialist and become a key technical expert supporting our Service Partners and customers. In this role, you will combine hands-on training, technical competence, and strong customer orientation to ensure exceptional service quality.

Your area of responsibility

  • Plan and execute Technical Trainings for our Service Partners to ensure high-quality service
  • Provide technical support to the Partner Network (phone, email, etc.)
  • Receive, prioritize, and manage incoming service requests and dispatch partners
  • Coordinate and handle installation services
  • Conduct tandem visits (on-the-job trainings in the field)
  • Support customer tandem visits when required
  • Contribute to long-term improvement of product and service quality
  • Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Conduct product analysis (recalls, faults, retrofits)
  • Support workshop activities
  • Manage service management tools (JIRA, Salesforce)
  • Perform administrative tasks in CRM and ERP systems

Your profile

  • Education in Electrics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field (technician or engineer)
  • Experience in technical service and working with dealer/distributor/service partner networks
  • Knowledge of didactics and training methods
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable way
  • Diplomatic, patient, and always attentive to customer needs
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, open-minded, and strongly customer-oriented
  • Accountable, self-managed, and confident in decision-making
  • Strong presence, self-confidence, and persuasiveness
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office; SAP and CRM systems preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license B
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
