Responsibilities:
- Continuous development and qualification of the Corporate Chefs of our Partners in the region
- Development and implementation of division-specific product and application training courses
- Implementation basic and advanced product training courses for our partners
- Qualification and auditing of RATIONAL product presentations such as RATIONAL Live, target group events, expert kitchens, trade fairs, academies and Unit Introductions
- Culinary expert for all areas of application
- Development and implementation of culinary concepts for trade fairs and on-site trade fair support
- Development and implementation of RATIONAL after-sales concepts
- Key account support and development from application.
- Support in the development of new application concepts (countries and target groups) with Culinary Excellence
- Advice on application questions and problems by telephone and in person
- Consolidation of application requirements in the area
- Networking within local chefs, consultants and all relevant multipliers
Your profile:
- Completed culinary education (e.g., professional chef training) and several years of experience in an international setting (Executive Chef, Corporate Chef or equivalent).
- Proven experience coaching, training or developing chef teams or partner organizations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — confident on-stage and one-on-one.
- Excellent understanding of professional kitchen operations, workflows and application contexts.
- Passionate about culinary excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement; highly structured, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English and willingness to travel across Europe (~50 % travel).
- Experience with RATIONAL systems (iCombi, iVario, ConnectedCooking) or similar advanced kitchen technology would be a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and influence at all levels (chefs, partners, key accounts).
- Adaptive to change, culturally sensitive and comfortable in diverse partner settings.
