Regional Sales Assistant - Order Processing - Italy (f/m)

Tasks:

The Regional Sales Assistant is a function of the customer service process. Manages the order processing in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Sales Directors (SD) and the Service department.

• Contact person for customers, partners and RSMs
• Process data entry of orders and Maintains customer master data
• Coordinates projects, orders and the supply of materials
• Prepares quotations, orders and invoices
• Manages returns, transportation damages and credit notes
• Supports marketing activities

Practical Experiences/skills:

• Accountant school or equivalent
• Expert user of SAP
• Previous experience in order processing for at least 2 years
• Comfortable in discussing matters over the phone

• Good knowledge of both Italian and English language

Competences:

• Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter
• Details-oriented
• Independent and entrepreneurial, but an excellent team player
• Able to respond to individual requirements by offering adequate solutions
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional in his/her daily routine
• Computer literate
