Position Summary: 

The Service Dispatch Specialist is essential for seamless service and sales operations, with a focus on efficient Work order processing and coordination of installation visits. Strong communication—via phone and email—is vital to keeping all parties informed and engaged.

Key Responsiblities:

• Receive, prepare, and dispatch Work orders for Installation business scenario (Pre-site, Installation, Commissioning and Third Trip) to service providers via Salesforce.
• Manage and prioritize Workorders queue in Salesforce, to ensure it is processed on time.
• Follow-up with multiple service providers by phone and/or email to confirm acceptance of dispatched workorders by Service providers and to obtain status of accepted Workorders, ensuring that required timeline is fulfilled.
• Professionally communicate service status with internal and external partners by phone and email (Customer Care team, Dealers, Sales Reps and end customers).
• Escalate customer concerns to Service Operations team and work to resolve open issues.
• Revise site readiness status based on paperwork provided by Service provide and update internal and external partners (Customer Care team, Dealers, Sales, Sales Reps and end customers).

Qualifications: 

• Preferred Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree from college or university in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Sales Force is greatly preferred.
• Experience with data management, contracts and Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in common office automation tools, including email, web applications, Windows, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
