A tribute to our Employee Newspaper

The first issue of our employee newspaper - we call it shortly MAZ - was published in March 2007 as a four-page spread. The idea was to create a regular, interesting, and entertaining information medium for our employees.

Today the MAZ is a real institution and an important component of internal communication at RATIONAL. It is published three times a year in German, English, and French. In addition to the print version at the Landsberg production site, the online format is becoming increasingly popular with our employees.

The magazine informs and entertains our growing global workforce with a wide range of topics: articles about the working world at RATIONAL, interviews with personalities, presentations of various company divisions, and fun facts about our company. Did you know, for example, that our fleet consists exclusively of white cars? Or that our team in Dubai speaks 12 languages? Or that we have 33 subsidiaries and 14 representative offices around the world, of which RATIONAL Chile is the furthest away from the company headquarters in Landsberg am Lech at 12,506 km?

But it's not just our active employees who enjoy the newspaper. Our retirees and pensioners get every issue sent home, so they remain part of our big RATIONAL family and think it's really great: "Thank you for sending us the latest staff magazine. It's always nice to find out what's new in 'my' company."
