Individual responsibility and initiative are important characteristics of all RATIONAL employees. That's why our trainees also have their own projects as part of their daily work. The trainees at RATIONAL AG in Landsberg am Lech were busy for many months with the project of filming their own apprenticeship.
This is what our trainee Leo says about the trainee film project:

"On the basis of a relay race through the training, we present the professions offered by RATIONAL from industrial clerks to IT specialists to warehouse logistics specialists; cooks; industrial mechanics and mechatronics engineers and are pleased to be able to show you an insight into the everyday life of the trainees!"
