Nothing works without communication!

That is a principle that applies to our entire company. RATIONAL's success is based on the close collaboration of our employees, from the board members to the apprentices. The latter have launched a project for this purpose - FROM apprentices FOR apprentices.
Leonie Richter, an apprentice at RATIONAL; told us more about it:

Ohne Kommunikation geht gar nichts!

"How can we improve the interaction between our colleagues and us and make the associated working atmosphere as pleasant as possible?
A new workshop - " INTERACTING WITH EACH OTHER", which we trainees, in groups of two, have developed, designed and planned together, should help us to do this.
Respect, cohesion and communication are top priorities!
We want to make it clear how important it is to treat each other with respect in everyday working life, to be able to speak openly and honestly when problems arise, not to be afraid to show yourself as you are and, above all, to value each other.
According to our motto: #EveryOneIsUnique."
