Start of Apprenticeship 2021

For RATIONAL AG, apprenticeships are an investment in the future. The quality of our employees is the decisive factor in global competition. RATIONAL attaches great importance to developing these highly qualified employees from its own ranks.

On September 1st, 27 apprentices began their training or studies at RATIONAL. They started as industrial mechanics, industrial clerks, warehouse logistics specialists, IT specialists, metal technology specialists, mechatronics specialists and cooks. Dual students started in the fields of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, information technology and international business.

In the first few days, the new RATIONALs first travel to Schwangau for a week to get to know each other, the trainers and of course the company better in some workshops and outdoor activities, before moving on to their first training stations!
