Young Professionals Trip.

Once again this year, the Young Professionals were able to enjoy a unique excursion. At the end of June 2022, the now more than 30 colleagues had the opportunity to get to know each other outside the workplace, to network and to make new contacts. A special highlight was the presence of the two board members Peter Wiedemann (CTO) and Jörg Walter (CFO), who took a whole day to participate in the excursion and the subsequent feedback session of the young professionals with the program managers.

A short report on our experience:

We set off on Friday morning in minibusses, with plenty of food and drink provided by our colleagues from the Restaurant and Event Service. Our first destination was the factory of the tractor manufacturer Fendt in Marktoberdorf. There we were warmly welcomed in the Fendt Forum and given an exciting factory tour with interesting insights into production. We then drove on to Schwangau to have lunch at the Schlossbrauhaus near the royal castles. The last stop was then the Zötler private brewery. During a guided tour, we were given an overview of the history of the traditional company and the art of brewing beer(!). The successful day was concluded with a feedback session in a relaxed atmosphere. Here we were able to openly exchange ideas with the board members and program managers.

At the end of the day, everyone agreed that it was an all-around successful day out!
