Apprentices at 'Alles für den Gast' in Salzburg

In November, the RATIONAL apprentices had an unforgettable excursion to the "Alles für den Gast" trade fair in Salzburg. A total of 30 apprentices in the second and third years, accompanied by two trainers, immersed themselves in the world of gastronomy and innovative kitchen technologies.

However, the apprentices were not just participants; they were actively involved in the organization and planning of the fair, receiving valuable information about the RATIONAL trade fair concept to gain insight into RATIONAL's external presentation.

The highlights of the day included impressive cooking shows, both at the RATIONAL booth and in the Salzburgarena, where the apprentices had the opportunity to sample many delicious treats from various stands.
