AWF conference in Landsberg am Lech

It was a pleasure to welcome the AWF conference "Die Werkleitung" to Landsberg in July. The AWF, founded in 1918, has been organizing working groups and specialist conferences for manufacturing companies for decades.
Over the course of two days, participants had the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas in specialist presentations and discussions on topics such as lean management, labor law in manufacturing and multi-site management. Under the motto "Learning from the best", a production tour showed how RATIONAL has managed to successfully tackle a wide range of challenges such as a resilient supply chain, greater sustainability and the demanding recruitment of skilled workers.

In addition to the numerous insights into the production facilities, the event naturally also included a practical test of the RATIONAL appliances at a joint cooking event. The Happy Cooking with all participants in the evening offered the opportunity for further exchange and to get to know the RATIONAL technology. As the catering and the premises were provided by RATIONAL AG, the AWF returned the favor with a generous donation to the Landsberg food bank - a win-win-win situation.
