"Clever Fox" Award for AR Maintenance Solution

Tobias and Maximilian, apprentices at RATIONAL, have won the prestigious "Clever Fox" special award from the BGHM for their innovative project. The duo developed an Augmented Operator Advisor (AOA) that is revolutionizing machine maintenance within the company. 

  • By simply scanning a QR code on the machine, all relevant documents, such as safety information and maintenance logs, can be instantly accessed on a tablet. This digital solution ensures standardized maintenance procedures and significantly enhances safety in the workshop.

Benjamin, a trainer at RATIONAL, expressed his excitement: "I’m incredibly proud of my two apprentices. We had a lot of fun developing this, and we're even more thrilled that our machines’ maintenance processes have become safer and more efficient thanks to the AOA. Pretty clever, isn’t it?"
