Start of apprenticeship 2024

September brings a breath of fresh air and plenty of energy to the company: 36 trainees were given the go-ahead to start their careers. Dr. Peter Stadelmann, CEO, welcomes the new employees: “We are delighted to welcome so many dedicated young people to our team. Their further development is crucial to our success worldwide.” CFO Jörg Walter is also enthusiastic: “It's great to see so many young people starting with us today. Their training is an important cornerstone for our future.”

 

In their first week, the new RATIONALers were comprehensively prepared for their tasks. In addition to getting to know each other and team-building activities, they had the opportunity to experience the products and their potential uses at first hand while cooking together. Training and instruction rounded off the induction.

With over 120 trainees and students, RATIONAL shows how important it is to offer young talent a solid education. The new trainees are starting their careers as metal technology specialists, cooks, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics, mechatronics technicians, warehouse logistics specialists and IT specialists. The dual study programs also offer exciting prospects in mechatronics, international business, mechanical engineering, food technology, business informatics, systems engineering and computer science.
