It was a pleasure to welcome the students of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program from the Munich Business School, along with their partner universities, to Landsberg. Accompanied by Prof. Dr. Michael Rüdiger, the participants were given fascinating insights into the world of RATIONAL.
The day began with a presentation by our CEO, Peter Stadelmann, who introduced the company’s strategy and innovations as the global leader in thermal food preparation. Topics such as digitalization, sustainability, and the challenges of modern production were the focus of the discussions.
A highlight of the visit was the guided tour of the site, where the students were able to experience RATIONAL's production processes firsthand. The day was rounded off with a joint lunch at the company restaurant, where participants had the opportunity to continue their discussions and network further.
