At RATIONAL, our trainees not only lend a hand in their day-to-day work, but also for the community. In cooperation with social projects, such as Regens Wagner and the district administration office, they regularly implement charitable initiatives.
Whether it's building a garden shed for the Igling kindergarten or erecting a fence - our first-year apprentices design four such projects every year. In doing so, they not only develop manual skills, but also a special understanding of social cohesion and how to deal with people with disabilities.
Our trainees take on responsibility, gain valuable experience and create real added value - for others and for themselves. This produces visible results that enrich the region.
