Your Responsibilities
- Be part of the Customer Journey Management Team, with a strong focus on email marketing and digital campaigns
- Support and scale global, data driven marketing activities across the RATIONAL Group
- Continuously improve, extend, and automate communication channels and processes based on Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Communication teams to design and implement outstanding customer journeys and email campaigns
- Enable and support international subsidiaries in applying smart CX concepts and new digital touchpoints
- Drive personalized, omnichannel communication using data and marketing automation
- Define, coordinate, and implement CRM and digital communication standards
- Evaluate marketing technologies and tools and implement best practice CX approaches
- Plan, execute, and monitor international digital campaigns in close cooperation with Product Marketing, Field & Industry Marketing, and Digital Communication teams
- Support local teams with newsletter creation, audience targeting, and campaign planning
Your Profile
- Proven experience in email marketing and digital campaign management, ideally in a B2B environment
- Solid knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud is a strong plus)
- Strong digital mindset and experience working with external agencies and cross functional marketing teams
- Ability to translate ideas into effective digital communication concepts
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
- High motivation to continuously improve customer experience and enable colleagues globally
- Team oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
