Your responsibilities
- You value the agile process model and are an active member of our Scrum team. Your main focus is on developing basic device functions
- Your primary focus is on developing and testing hardware-related applications for a Linux-based embedded system
- Your main responsibilities include developing and maintaining device interfaces and reliable mechanisms for data storage and processing
- You will continuously work on improving our system and cooking intelligence to ensure outstanding cooking results for our customers
- You will use proven principles such as SOLID to develop robust and maintainable code
- You will prioritize and work on several topics in parallel without losing sight of the big picture in a dynamic environment
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, technical computer science, programming, or a similar field
- You have several years of professional experience in C/C++ and object-oriented programming for embedded systems
- You have very good knowledge of test-driven development (TDD), software design, and software architecture, and you have already demonstrated this in practical projects
- Good knowledge of Linux is required (ideally also in Qt, Yocto, and Unix development)
- You have in-depth experience with relational databases and use AI technologies productively to improve code quality, efficiency, and decision-making reliability in the development process
- You prefer to work in a team and solve tasks together rather than alone, whereby proactive exchange and support for your teammates are a matter of course for you
- Very good English skills and basic knowledge of German (spoken and written) round off your profile
