Culinary Expert (m/f/d)

Essential responsibilities

  • As a Culinary Expert (m/f/d) you will drive the development of food and kitchen concepts for RATIONAL focus segments
  • 2nd level application support (food tests & concepts, product releases) for strategic and selected international key accounts
  • You will be a key user for the RATIONAL cooking software tool "Expertentool"
  • You will be responsible for presenting RATIONAL product solutions and conducting application trainings for existing and potential customers
  • Support the Segment & Channel Director in all culinary and application aspects of the business
  • Your tasks will include the development and implementation of culinary concepts in connection with segment-specific events and trade fairs
  • You will act as project manager for the RATIONAL ROI tool

 

Your profile

  • You have extensive application experience and knowledge in the development of professional kitchen concepts in various customer segments
  • You have good application knowledge of our iCombi & iVario technology and a good understanding of the effects of the cooking climate on different foods
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself comprehensively with our appliances through product training.
  • Very good understanding of kitchen organization and kitchen-related processes
  • KPI's, ROI calculation, SOP's and hygiene regulations are your hobbyhorse
  • Ideally existing relationships in the Food & Beverage sector and/or in the food industry
  • You have demonstrable experience in building customer relationships and delivering training and are a strong communicator
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Other languages are an advantage
  • A regular willingness to travel (up to 50% worldwide) rounds off your profile
