Event and Trade Show Specialist (m/f/d)

Essential responsibilities
- You plan, support and organize global and local trade fairs, as well as internal trade fairs and partner events
- You will be responsible for the realization of main trade fairs in cooperation with our local marketing and external stand builders, with whom you will plan the stand construction. You will also plan the budget and coordinate tasks with stakeholders
- You will carry out evaluations after the events and analyze their success. You will also prepare reports and coordinate the management of suppliers, internal graphic designers and all event logistics, including warehouse management
- You will solve problems to ensure that everything runs smoothly and support the training centers of the RATIONAL Museum. You will also look after the exhibition warehouse in Landsberg
Qualifications
- You have a degree in project management, marketing, communications or similar.
- You also have sound experience in the field of event management and/or trade fairs Ideally, you have already worked with stand builders and worked in interdisciplinary teams worldwide
- Good technical understanding and visual thinking as well as a multitasking ability characterize you
