Senior Specialist External Learning (f/m/d)

Your task

• Central to the role is the development of our Customer and Partner Learning Journeys
• You would work with and manage our product Training App and continue to integrate more and more countries
• You will work in tandem with another process to lead training events for our participants and work closely with the global learning team on various other learning topics
• You would regularly communicate with various interfaces, such as our subsidiaries and external partners as well as with other central processes as part of your core projects
   

Your profile

• You are a motivated, communicative person who is goal-oriented and enjoys working in a team environment
• Ideally, you have a culinary background or have professional experience within the hospitality industry
• B2B and B2C sales experience is desirable
• You might already have experience in the field of learning or training
• We require fluency in English and at least one other language
• A bonus is when you have completed a degree in communications or have a similar qualification
