The primary goal is to market the RATIONAL thermal cooking systems (iCombi Pro and iVario Pro) to the local marketplace.  The CSS will invite companies to the online sales webinars, local demos and secure appointments for the field sales team.  In addition they will qualify prospects in the targeted the customer base, updating the CRM (Sales Force) and build a last-longing relationship with the customers that should also be applied to the after-sales activities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Sales
•    The primary goal is to market the RATIONAL thermal cooking systems (iCombi Pro and iVario Pro) to the USA marketplace by successfully inviting, hosting, and moderating companies in online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team
•    Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the customer. 
•    Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximise upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
•    Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects. 
•    Continuous CRM (Salesforce) updates
After-Sales:
•    Follow up with the customer to and take corrective actions when needed to ensure customers’ satisfaction throughout the customer journey
•    Book Trainings (Academy)
General marketing
•    Support on general marketing department tasks as needed

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•    Food Industry: 5+ years of kitchen experience: Chef and/or Supervising Kitchen Operation – Catering and hospitality Industry experience preferred
•    Experienced with troubleshooting by phone/e-mail/Microsoft Teams or similar (required)
•    Cold Calling experience is preferred
•    Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
•    CRM Experience: Salesforce (Preferred)
