ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSABILITIES:
1.0: Marketing
• Sets the country goals, develops, and implements the marketing strategy, connected to the general strategy of the area and central marketing.
•Provides leadership to the local marketing team, supporting the sales organization in achieving its short, medium, and long-term goals.
•Represents the country, bringing back the local marketing and country requirements to the central marketing functions.
•Collaborates with the central marketing and adapt & rollout of campaigns to the region. Develops and implements local marketing activities and promotions.
•Plans and manages multiple tasks including securing appropriate resources. Creates and monitors personal performance plans for team members.
•Develop and coordinate dealer promotions with local marketing and sales teams.
•Execute onboarding and marketing trainings for local teams and continue qualification of local Marketing Team.
•Conception, implementation, and further development of customer lifecycle management, considering all customer touch points.
•Define and update local marketing calendar and measure success via metrics/KPIs. Analyze metrics and identify opportunities to adjust.


2.0: Inside Sales Team:
•Provides leadership to the local Inside Sales team
•Coach, Train and Develop, helping the team to achieve Maximum Customer Benefit
•Execute onboarding and inside sales trainings for local teams

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Marketing professional with long-term experience (5+ years or more) in commercial B2B marketing and in field marketing.
•Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales, actual telemarketing experience highly desirable.
•Proven marketing automation and customer lifecycle management experience and understanding of Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
•Relevant local and international experience and understanding of relevant cultures and Marketing channels.
•Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar professional experience.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a matrix organization, demonstrating skills in influencing, negotiating, and the ability to work in ambiguity.
•Affinity for cooking; interested and aware of local food trends

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
•Fluent in English and French
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, handle marketing budget cost centers
•Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
