Regional Sales Director - Central
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Coaching and personal development of team members.
2) Identify, secure and develop strategic business partners and multipliers, including distributors/dealers, food service consultants, etc, including initial and follow up visits with partners to promote activities and drive sales.
3) Monitor and report to executive management on sales team and partner issues, based on activity data from CRM software
4) Work within structured sales approach to enable sales team to meet activity targets
5) Plan and record activities for all open business opportunities in CRM software
6) Increase customer base of new unit sales by effectively coaching and developing the sales team
7) Plan follow-up activities according to structured sales procedures
8) Participate in or assist partners with regional trade shows and events when needed.
9) Coaching and development of sales team on RCL performance and progress.
10) Assist sales team and partners with “RATIONAL Cooking Live” (RCL) demonstrations, including working with sales team to plan and perform structured RCL’s together with partners
11) Performing RCL audits to promote and encourage development and increased results.
