Service Administration Assistant

Summary:

 

The Service Administration Assistant / Dispatch Specialist works as part of the Service Administration team out of our Rolling Meadows, IL office.  The Service Administration Assistant serves as a cross-process support between customers, service admin, and regional technical manager, overseeing service calls. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing installations and commissioning by dispatching work orders and following up with the Regional Service Partners on current status. 
  • Dispatch Regional Service Partners (RSPs), who accept/reject the dispatch in a portal, and then follow-up is done via phone.  
  • Log all dispatch data and resolutions in Salesforce.
  • Typical day is 80% data entry and 20% on the phone.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must Live in Illinois
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to stay professional, not get frazzled during difficult phone conversations
  • Persuasive
  • Ability to speak to different levels of people within RATIONAL
  • Precise, detail-oriented, with ability to analyze data
  • Willingness to assist customers, ability to see the challenges they face, manage, build, and maintain those relationships
