Responsible for maintaining and expanding market continuity, the ideal candidate will lead a results-oriented sales organization, ensuring efficient market penetration through defined sales and marketing processes. Your area of responsibility:

  •  Lead and motivate employees in alignment with RATIONAL's corporate philosophy. 
  • Strategically direct all sales, marketing, and service activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Engage in hands-on sales activities with dealers and key customers while developing the wholesaler channel 
  • Continuously improve the organization through process-oriented development and benchmarking 
  • Provide ongoing coaching to management and staff to optimize the sales process 
  • Analyze and set measures to achieve planned targets and address actual statuses 
  • Participate in the overall Eastern Europe and European corporate strategy process 
  • Maintain high motivation and commitment through strong communication and inclusive leadership 
  • Safeguard and comply with financial and controlling processes 
  • Build relationships with top customers, dealers, and REP firms 
  • Assimilate into RATIONAL's culture and values 
  • Collaborate closely with the local Management Team and international community 
  • Develop an updated 5-year plan 
  • Assume team leadership responsibilities 
  • Enhance existing strategies in distribution, conditions, and the market 
  • Expand customer acquisition strategies in line with RATIONAL's sales and company philosophy 
  • Broaden the business model 
  • Strengthen market development for approaching end customers 

 

Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, business administration, engineering, or a related field 
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in a leadership role 
  • Demonstrates expertise in leading a subsidiary within a complex matrix organization  
  • Excellent management qualities and a track record of success 

 

Skills: 

  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving organizational objectives 
  • Proficient in Czech and English (German is a plus, but not mandatory) 
  • Excels in team-building and mentorship, fostering commitment at all organizational levels 
  • Results-oriented mindset in line with corporate targets and budgets 
  • Contributes to the expansion and establishment of a successful corporate culture 
  • Demonstrates open-mindedness, outstanding presentation skills, and a positive attitude towards people and business opportunities 
  • Embraces personal development and has an understanding of German business culture as an advantage
