We are looking for result-driven and energetic team player who enjoys building relationships by applying great communication skills and building relationships with customers.   

As a RATIONAL Regional Sales consultant, you focus on attracting new customers to experience what RATIONAL has to offer while you are supporting the Regional Sales Managers to meet their daily and annual sales targets. 

This position will be reporting to the Sales Director Czech Republic and Slovakia. 


Your scope of responsibility  

- Working cohesively as the administrative/organizational support for their assigned Regional Sales Managers 

- Liaise with various relevant stakeholders and effectively manage relationships to achieve maximum customer benefit  

- Increase RATIONAL events participation via phone-call & e-mailing  

- Event participation “confirmation” before and after the events planned   

- Follow up of social media campaign leads as part of lead management  

- Lead processing within invitation process (social media, trade shows, database, external search)  

- Lead creation (to feed database for invitation process)  

- Ensure data quality & quantity in CRM system   

- Putting dealers leads into system  

- Office administration 


Your professional profile  

- Professional basic education in business administration   

- Sales experience and sales affinity  

- Organizational talent and strong communication skills   

- Customer focused thinking and acting   

- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems - ideally Salesforce)  

- Excellent telephone sales skills   

- Ideal, but not a must: Experience in telemarketing and/or call center; especially in outbound projects  

- Fluency in Czech and English
