As of 1st of August 2024 or earlier, we are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Manager at our headquarters in Landsberg am Lech to join our International Facility Management Operations team on a full-time basis (home office possible on a pro rata basis).
Essential responsibilities
- As a Project Manager Corporate Real Estate (m/f/d) you will provide holistic support to our global business units in the implementation of real estate projects
- You contribute your creativity to the design of tenant fit-outs, your technical expertise to the review of planning documents and your organizational skills to the coordination of internal and external interfaces
- You will also provide support in real estate transactions, including property inspections, analyzing rental contracts, carrying out feasibility studies and technical due diligence checks
- You act as a coordinator between the central divisions and our global business units for all real estate issues
- You will also be responsible for the documentation, preparation and provision of portfolio information and the further development of our internal standards
Your profile
- You have a degree in the field of construction or real estate management, technical building services, industrial engineering or similar
- You have several years of professional experience in project management or corporate real estate management
- Due to your professional background, you have a strong technical understanding and also understand the interrelationships in building and property management
- You are characterized by your independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
- Experienced handling of MS Office and AutoCAD is required
- Business fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally (10-20%) round off your profile
