The work of a National Corporate Chef is defined by three core elements:

Impressed customers: We are looking for a passionate Chef to inspire our customers in combining traditional and international dishes with modern cooking techniques with RATIONAL devices, for the maximum benefit of our customers. 
Consistent focus: As world market and technology leader in the field of hot food preparation for professional kitchens, we focus on cooking and you will be responsible for executing target group specific product and application trainings, support key customers and participate in exhibitions as well as host events for the Turkish market.
Intrapreneurship – Entrepreneur within the company: As part of the management team, you are encouraged to act as an independent entrepreneur in the company - working with dedication, responsibility and as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities 
• Strong focus and expert regarding training, implementation, and auditing of RATIONAL programs
• Execution of qualification and auditing of RATIONAL cooking events
• Continuous training, development, and management of the local application chefs as well as an efficient and comprehensive freelance network 
• Exhibitions: HACCP, organizing shows, menu, application staff, food logistics and back of the house organization
• Responsible for adapting and conducting the RATIONAL Customer Lifecycle concept to the local market (Academy, Unit introduction, Culinary Schools, ConnectedCooking)
• Development and execution of application concept for target groups 
• Consolidation of local application requirements and food trends 
• Networking within local chefs, consultants and all relevant multipliers
• Manage and ensure the “Best Quality Food” in all events
• Development of local recipes for ConnectedCooking
• Support and decision maker of Expert Kitchen locations together with National Marketing team
• Responsibility to ensure the quality of our Training Centers
• Together with Marketing Develop Ambassadors/maintain relationships/planning activities
• Develop and implement Target Group Cooking Events (e.g Smoking, Bakery, Sous-Vide, Arabic, Indian etc)
• Unit Introduction and application support visits
• ConnectedCooking Key User (promotion and training for the Team and customers in Turkey)


Your profile

• A culinary background and (preferably) at least 3 years’ experience of working in a professional kitchen
• Experience in leadership & coaching and
• Target-oriented and assertive, can inspire and enthuse those around them.
• An ability to quickly build trust and effective working relationships across various stakeholder groups (i.e. distributors, end-user customers and regional sales teams) 
• Communication skills that create positive impact and engagement with our customers 
• Keen understanding of customer needs 
• Presentation experience and training capabilities, with an ability to conduct and create training courses
• Experience as a Teacher in Culinary Schools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel and CRM systems  
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally (50%)
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent Turkish and English
