Job Description: Regional Sales Manager (f/m) (RSM)

The Regional Sales Manager is a function of the sales and marketing process. His task is, to develop the region. He inspires customers, dealers, planers and consultants and highlights the highest possible customers benefit and knows how to raise the demand. The RSM is entrepreneur in his market and ensures that the business develops successful. In this way he secures the extensive success of our company.


The tasks are structured annual and goal-oriented, based on the regional sales and marketing plan, for operating an optimal time management.

  • Cooperation with the internal sales team
  • 70% are used for the end costumers care with the following tasks:
    • End costumer visits
    • Finding out and recognizing the costumers’ needs
    • Conducting of inspiring cooking shows
    • Follow ups
  • 25% are used for the dealers care with the following tasks:
  • Dealer visits
  • Presentation of the partnership of winners
  • Agreement of an activity plan
  • 5% are used for the planers care and for the cooperation with consultants, e.g. project business

  • good knowledge about the sales and marketing process
