The Culinary Sales Manager is a function of the sales and marketing process. His task is, to develop the region. He inspires customers, dealers, planers, and consultants and highlights the greatest possible customer benefit and knows how to raise the demand. The Rgional Sales Manager is entrepreneur in his market and ensures that the business develops successful. In this way he secures the extensive success of our company.

Cooperation with the internal sales team:

  • End costumer visits
  • Finding out and recognizing the customers’ needs
  • Conducting of inspiring cooking shows
  • Follow ups
  • Dealer visits
  • Presentation of the partnership of winners
  • Agreement of an activity plan


Practical Experiences/skills

  • good culinary knowledge
  • good understanding of business figures and ability to analyze them logically and detailed
  • good presentation skills
  • good work organization (thoroughly, disciplined and detailed)
  • good knowledge and practical experiences with state of the art CRM tools (e.g Salesforce)
  • good knowledge about end customers, dealers, planers and consultants
  • good knowledge about the sales and marketing process
  • good networking skills


Professional Profile
We are looking for a profile with sales and communication skills, who can adapt to the changing market with proven work experience in the kitchen as a chef or cook, and/or proven work experience as a sales manager in the kitchen equipment sector or in the food and beverage sector.
Demonstrated experience with state-of-the-art computer applications (e.g. MS Office, Salesforce) and English language skills. 
Frequency of travel for the company (approx. 30%), typically within "your" region.
