We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.

The Service Manager supports the country organization in Hungary in all technical questions. The TSM serves as a central point of contact and support to improve the product and service quality as well as taking care of the execution of technical trainings.
 

Your area of responsibility

>    Service Partner Management (third party service)
>    Planning and executing Technical Trainings for our Service Partners to ensure high quality service
>    Technical Support for our Partner Network (phone, e-Mail, etc.)
>    Warranty Management (Administration and decision process)
>    Handling and managing Customer satisfactory survey
>    Tandem visit (Training on the job with Partners in the field) 
>    Improvement of product and service quality in the long term
>    Support at exhibitions and trade fairs
>    General administration in CRM and ERP applications
 

Your profile

>    Experience in the field of technical service and in dealing with dealer/distributor/service partner networks (third party service)
>    Didactics and training methods
>    Understands technical questions and issues and can explain complex technical information in an easily understandable way
>    Has diplomatic skills, is patient and has always an open ear for the customer's complaints and questions
>    Proactive, enthusiastic, open minded and customer-oriented
>    Accountable and self-managed
>    Decision maker within the company philosophies
>    Self-confidence and persuasiveness
>    Good IT-abilities (MS Office, SAP preferred, CRM System)
>    Willingness to travel / valid driver's licence B
>    Strong verbal and written communication skills in local and English language
>    Hands-on mentality and self-starting. Able to work under limited supervision.
