Finance and Administration Manager NMEA, Dubai

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Finance and Administration Manager to join our international team in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director while reporting to the CFO of the region EMEA / LATAM and provide essential financial and administrative support to help the company grow profitably while maintaining compliance with local laws and company policies. This newly created role requires a comprehensive approach and a hands-on attitude to effectively manage and oversee all administrative processes on site.
Your area of responsibility:
- Supporting Function as F&A Business Partner: Assist the sales and management teams by providing financial support to drive business decisions and growth
- Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting: Participate in the planning and budgeting processes, providing financial input and helping to ensure alignment with company targets
- Monthly Reports and Analysis: Assist in creating and analyzing financial reports, offering valuable commentary to support decision-making
- Support in Financial Statements: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Development of Controlling Tools: Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial controlling tools (Excel, BI) and sales analyses
- Ad-hoc Economic Analyses: Support operational and strategic decisions by preparing ad-hoc financial analyses
- Identify Optimization Opportunities: Assist in identifying areas for improvement and work with management to implement proposals and track progress
- Cross-functional and Cross-country Collaboration: Work on cross-functional projects across different countries, contributing to broader company initiatives
- Coaching and Development:Support the coaching and development of F&A managers in different clusters, helping them grow in their roles
- Credit Management:Assist in credit management processes, ensuring timely payment collection and addressing payment disputes
- Administrative Support: Manage various administrative tasks, including office operations, payroll support, and facility management
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic or German is a plus)
