Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for various financial functions within the accounting and finance team.  The position will report to the Managing Director/President and provide support for the Sales Team.  Areas of responsibility will include accounting, planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, tax compliance and payroll verification.



  • Assist the executive team on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and cash management.
  • Support the annual business plan, budgeting, strategic initiatives, and associated KPIs process.
  • Support Service and Operation with performance monitoring and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support the Sales process:
    • Assist in development of the Key Accounts business.
    • Provide comprehensive margin and “strategic fit” analysis for the on-boarding on new Key Accounts as it relates to achieving RATIONAL Key Accounts Pipeline targets.
    • Cooperate with Street Sales Team and form strong working relationships with the business partners to further develop Regional Key Accounts.

  • Ability to work within a structured sales process.
  • Self-starter, detail oriented and able to work independently.
  • Understands and practices the concept of Strategic Selling. 
  • Ability to find opportunities and understand customer’s needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Finance/Accounting
  • 10 years of work experience in Accounting (experience will be evaluated). From this 10 years, at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Experience with variance analysis, taxes, budgeting and planning process.
  • Experience with Sales management.
  • Background with technically sophisticated manufactured goods is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Required), SAP and SalesForce (Preferred).
