Product Manager Focus "Accessories & Options" (m/f/d)

Product management is the interface between sales and development. The team takes care of obtaining customer requirements, defining and implementing projects, providing documentation and the market launch.

The Product Manager "Accessories & Options" is responsible for the entire product life cycle for his area.


Role & Task


  • Maintenance of the existing portfolio
  • Gather and evaluate global and regional product requirements
  • Further development and maintenance of the product portfolio as well as a product roadmap with stakeholders, where own creative ideas are welcome
  • Preparation of decision papers for the management


  • Projects: Sparingspartner of the product development
  • (Partial) project manager for market launches
  • Development of product positioning and elaboration of sales arguments for marketing and sales
  • Maintenance of data in systems
  • Creation of or assistance with product documentation


  • 3rd level support for enquiries from the market



  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of product development or product management preferably of capital goods
  • Structured, reliable and precise way of working
  • Independent, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Organisational talent with strong communication skills
  • Open personality who feels comfortable in an intercultural environment
  • Technical understanding and interest in the industry
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP and JIRA advantageous
  • Very good DE and EN knowledge, ideally: FR basic knowledge
