Congratulations to our jubilarians,
Year after year, countless employees at RATIONAL celebrate their company anniversary. Some colleagues have been with the company for 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, or even longer and know RATIONAL like the back of their hand.
This commitment and long-standing loyalty are honored and, above all, celebrated at the anniversary party. In a festive atmosphere, a champagne reception is followed by a multi-course menu ( delicious, of course), and the presentation of a gift in kind and cash prizes, as well as a certificate by the members of the Executive Board. Anecdotes from the past, sometimes from the company's early days, are shared, and stories are told of steno and past Christmas parties. Celebrations, laughter, and toasts to the years still to come are shared in the circle of colleagues.
