Corona and its consequences affect us all and massively restrict not only our professional but also our private lives. Even our beloved KVP events, unfortunately, had to be cancelled due to COVID19. KVP, the "continuous improvement process", is a concept that rewards employees for improvement suggestions in their daily work with bonuses. These are collected on team accounts and then invested in so-called KVP events, i.e. joint excursions.

In order to put the money earned last year to good use, a creative solution was needed! And so, some areas decided to raid their accounts for a good cause. The money was used, for example, to support a children's hospice, the german “Tafel,” “Aktion mit Herz”, and the cancer treatment of a close family member of a colleague. Another great idea was the support of local restaurants by buying vouchers.

We sincerely thank all colleagues who have decided to help others and are proud to be able to make a small contribution.
