After a voting period of almost two weeks, during which every employee could vote for his or her favourite, the winner was announced. This year's culture award for the Landsberg am Lech site will be given to all industrial employees at the Landsberg and Wittenheim sites. The colleagues in these processes always show the highest level of commitment and prove, especially in these challenging times, that for them and the company RATIONAL, the customer and their benefit come first.
